Sorry to inform everyone just as i found out. Alpha and kim are no longer working together and kim is not have a clinic in Illinois as I was told by the receptionist of Alpha in Lincolnwood, or some lake county suburb, unfortunately. I will miss them and yes I need refills and to see a dr and have medical records transferred but as I was told they closed down and no further information is given...what happen Dr kim, Dr Alpha? where are you when your patients need you?, I pray you are doing well. love u both. The best Dr's in Lake county, IL. They cared about their patients, it is so hard to find drs that actually care. I miss them and if I find Kim in another state, Im moving there.

Doctor Kim is a great doctor I absolutely love her. Her and her team makes you feel very comfortable and is so kind! I have very bad anxiety and literally runs to her office for every little thing and they are always there to assist in a timely fashion and don’t make me feel weird about it. Overall they rock! Doctor Kim is the best!

Update 1/31/21: I was able to speak with an employee who was able to address my concerns about not answering the phones. Since I have had no problems with them, very happy that they were able to listen to my input and improve. Dr Tasigchana is very good, took her time to answer all the questions I had. Met all my needs! Horrible company, never answers and never returns calls.

I am amazed at the team here! They are compassionate, knowledgable, and go above and beyond standard of care. I had a seizure in their office and they did an amazing job of supporting me. Kimberley listens and respects what you have to say. The nursing staff is supportive. The kindness here is truly amazing. I won't go anywhere else for my medical needs. Thank you all so very much!

The staff in this clinic are so caring and polite,I have had some horrific experiences when it comes to Dr. Visits, anxiety before every appointment,but these women are amazingly helpful,and do their best to make you feel comfortable. I Will never go anywhere else. My nickname is Tippy but I want my real name out there because I stand by my opinion,and think very highly of this office and all of their staff.A great place for women.My name is Tammy.
